Products that the seal is not broken, or products that are not use and is in its original form can be returned for refunds or exchange. We don’t refund shipping fees as Canada post don’t refund shipping fees. For exchanges you have to pay shipping fees for the exchanged product to be shipped to you unless we made a mistake or sold you wrong or faulty product then we will pay the shipping fees to ship the exchanged product to you.
